George has been a real estate professional with Grubb & Ellis since 1994 and has helped his many clients accomplish their commercial real estate goals locally and across the nation through Grubb & Ellis' 90 offices including a recent 60,000 SF build to suit for XL Screw Corporation in Atlanta, Georgia, a portfolio sale (5 light industrial/ office buildings) on behalf of GE Real Estate in excess of $7 million, and a recent representation of APG Office Furnishings in their opening of an Akron and relocation of their Cleveland office/showroom as well as a 40,000 SF warehouse expansion in Brooklyn Heights.
